A Union Pacific freight train heads westbound through Julesburg, Colorado in whiteout blizzard conditions. The train is on the old Overland Route, which was completed in the late nineteenth century routed between Omaha, Nebraska and San Francisco, California. This train has just left Union Pacific's huge North Platte classification yard bound for the west coast.
